Before you head out to the festival take a look at what you can & can't bring with you.

Important Information:

  • VOA Country Music Fest is a rain or shine event.

  • All pass holders are subject to search upon entry.

  • Line-up is subject to change without notice.

  • Bring your ID to drink.

  • You may leave the festival site and return with your official VOA Country Music Fest wristband on.

  • Passes are non-refundable.

Festival Pass Will Call Policy

If you need to pick up your passes prior to VOACMF, please note the following. In order to exchange your pass for a wristband at will-call box office, you will need to have everyone in your group present. A valid ID and the credit card used to purchase the pass must be presented to pick up your wristbands. If you are not the original purchaser, you must provide a copy of the original purchaser’s ID, order confirmation, and credit card used to purchase (with last 4 digits visible) for wristband pickup. No exceptions.

  • Approved Bags (CLEAR BAGS ONLY)

  • Festival flags without metal or wooden poles

Chair Policy:

Personal, soft folding lawn chairs are permitted to be brought to VOACMF. For 2024, VOACMF has partnered with Conchairto for easy chair rentals if desired. This offer ensures an expedited entry time for all & is hassle free. No need to pack a chair- it will be waiting for you at the fest & will be cleaned up for you after each night.

These items are off limits for the safety and comfort of guests and performers, we appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

Parking / Tailgating

Tailgating or consumption of alcohol or any kind in the VOA parking lot is prohibited and will be strictly enforced. For the safety of attendees and their vehicles, the festival parking lot will be monitored throughout the event. Only one vehicle, including motorcycles per parking spot.

CLEAR BAG POLICY

Voices of America Country Music Fest™ has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.

  • Clear bags ONLY

  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)

  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

Prohibited items include, but are not limited to: Non- clear bags, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs that are not see-through, cinch bags, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size

Age Restrictions

VOACMF is open to all ages. Children 16 and under are admitted but must be accompanied by an adult.

Drug & Alcohol Policy

You must be 21 years of age or older to drink at VOA Country Music Fest and 21+ wristband is required to purchase, possess, or consume alcohol. You must present a valid ID at one of our ID stations in order to receive your 21+ wristband each day. VOA Country Music Fest is a zero tolerance event. All local and state laws will be strictly enforced. There will be no tolerance for illegal activities.

Notice of Filming and Photography

When you enter the Voices of America Country Music Fest™ event, you enter an area where photography, audio, and video recording may occur. By entering the event premises, you consent to interview(s), photography, audio recording, video recording and its/their release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction to be used for news, web casts, promotional purposes, telecasts, advertising, inclusion on websites, social media, or any other purpose by VOA Country Music Fest and its affiliates / representatives.

Images, photos and/or videos may be used to promote similar VOA Country Music Fest events in the future, highlight the event and exhibit the capabilities of VOA Country Music Fest. You release VOA Country Music Fest, its officers and employees, and each and all persons involved from any liability connected with the taking, recording, digitizing, or publication and use of interviews, photographs, computer images, video and/or sound recordings. By entering the event premises, you waive all rights you may have to any claims for payment of royalties in connection with any use, exhibition, streaming, web casting, televising, or other publication of these materials, regardless of the purpose or sponsoring of such use, exhibiting, broadcasting, web casting, or other publication irrespective of whether a fee for admission or sponsorship is charged. You also waive any right to inspect or approve any photo, video, or audio recording taken by VOACMF or the person or entity designated to do so by VOA Country Music Fest.

When you enter VOA Country Music Fest, you have consented, waiver of liability.

Camping

Camping or sleeping on festival grounds including parking lots is strictly prohibited. We have partnered with hotels near the festival site to offer safe sleeping accommodations for our festival goers. View our hotel partners here
