Thank you for your 2026 VOACMF purchase! In order to upgrade, you will need to refund your original purchase and then purchase your desired new festival pass. In order to do this, please email info@voacountrymusicfest.com prior to purchasing new passes and for your next steps

We hate that you can’t join us at VOACMF this August! All passes are non-refundable, but you can sell your pass to a friend! When selling your festival pass, make sure you send us an email letting us know who to transfer the pass over to. We’ll need the new pass holders first and last name and a valid email address and new shipping address. We hope to see you next year!

Wristbands will begin shipping early July. Please see your confirmation email for more information.

The festival site will have accessibility for ADA. Please email info@voacountrymusicfest.com for more information

Wristbands are not transferable. Once a wristband is on, it will need to stay on until the festival is over.

Early Pick Up Hours: Pick up wristbands and parking passes before the festival at the UC Field House located at Voice of America MetroPark. Early pick up runs August 4th & August 5th 10 AM-7 PM. Starting August 6th, foot traffic should proceed to the pedestrian will call, located between the festival site & shopping center off of Tylersville Road. Ride share and parking pass holders should proceed to the UC Field House entrance off of Butler Warren Road

Tailgating or consumption of alcohol of any kind in the festival parking lot is prohibited and will be strictly enforced. For the safety of festival attendees and their vehicles, the festival parking lot will be monitored throughout the event. With a full day of fun at the festival, we encourage everyone to make their way in and get the party started!

Yes, we recommend that you pre-purchase your parking passes here. Only one vehicle, including motorcycles per parking spot.

No. Camping or sleeping on festival grounds including parking lots is strictly prohibited. 

Yes, VOACMF partners with several surrounding hotels. Please check back for direct links 

Parking lots open one hour prior to gates each day. On Thursday, parking opens at 4 PM with gates at 5 PM. Friday-Sunday, parking opens at 12 PM with gates at 1 PM.

• Squeezable, soft plastic water bottles that are empty are permitted to be brought in the gates (can be filled at the G&J Pepsi hydration station)

Personal, soft folding lawn chairs are permitted to be brought to VOACMF (in permitted sections). Check back for the official 2026 chair policy

Voices of America Country Music Fest has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.

• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

VOACMF highly encourages you to take pictures with your friends and family at the event and share the awesome time you’re having! However, due to contracts with the performers, professional recording equipment* (photography, video, and/or sound) will not be allowed on premise without proper media credentials.

VOACMF is open to all ages. Children 16 and under are admitted but must be accompanied by an adult. All ages need a ticket to enter.

Only service animals are permitted on festival grounds. Please leave your pets at home!

Gates open at 5:00 PM on Thursday. We’ll be kicking things off Friday- Sunday each day starting at 1:00PM, and enjoying all of the fun VOACMF has to offer until 11:00 PM.

Yes! Do not take off your wristband, however re-entry is allowed each day of the festival

Thank you for your interest in VOA Country Music Fest 2026. Credentials are limited, and final approval is based on review of each application. Credentials will not be issued to non-working media or relatives of working media.

"Invite Friends, Get Festival Cash" is a referral-based program, in partnership with Fevo, that lets existing ticket buyers earn $20 of festival cash for every ticket sold, regardless of ticket type. After opting into the program on Fevo, participants will receive a unique link to share with anyone. Any time someone purchases with your link, you will receive $20 per ticket sold loaded onto your festival wristband. Festival cash earned will only be available for the 2026 festival and limited to purchases onsite during the festival weekend that you purchased tickets for. All earned festival bucks do not have a cash value outside of festival hours. No monetary “cash outs” of any kind will be rewarded on any unused festival buck credits earned during referral program.

To take part in the "Invite Friends, Get Festival Cash" referral-based program, you must be an existing VOACMF 2026 ticket holder. You will sign up and must provide your Front Gate Tickets Order Number to sign up. Follow the instructions after submitting your information to start earning your festival cash. The only reward available for this program is festival cash, $20 for every ticket sold loaded onto your festival wristband for use only during the 2026 festival weekend that you purchased tickets for. Rewards cash can be spent on food & beverage as well as merchandise

After signing up, you will have access to your personalized FEVO dashboard where you can track the number of tickets sold via your personalized link, view your current Festival Cash earned, access additional customer service and track your progress.

Yes! You can share your referral link on social media, through email, text, or even in person. The more creative you are, the more likely you are to earn festival cash!

No, there is no limit!

Festival cash will be added to your wristband the week of the festival and once you upload your wristband # into your FEVO account once your wristband has arrived. The deadline to input your wristband info is August 2nd.

You must enter and have a personal link by July 26th, 2026. Anything purchased off your link after July 26th does not count.

If a referred customer cancels their ticket or is refunded, the associated sale will be voided, and you will not earn festival cash for that sale.

Yes, however, you won’t earn festival cash when you use your own referral link.

The Sell Tickets, Get Festival Cash Program is available only to existing 2026 VOA Country Music Festl/Front Gate Tickets ticket holders on a first-come, first-served basis to receive a unique link to unlock their personalized link. Festival Tickets + $20 On-site Festival Cash (“Festival Cash”); while supplies last. Receive Festival Cash per ticket sold via your individual referral link (the “Offer”).

You must claim the festival cash by inputting your festival wristband ID and then the $20 Festival Cash will be loaded to your festival wristband. Festival cash can be used at select points of sale onsite at VOACMF 2026 for the purchase of food, beverages, or merchandise. Festival cash is only earned if the specific referral link is used. Any unused value will be forfeited. Customer will input their Front Gate Tickets Order ID in the applicable field on Fevo to gain access to the offer. Unique link expiration date is listed on Fevo, or while supplies last, whichever occurs first. Festival cash has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law. Festival cash cannot be sold or bought and will be void if sold or exchanged for compensation. If the wristband with the Festival Cash is lost, Festival Cash is forfeited. Festival Cash is void where restricted or prohibited by law. 

Offer is subject to program availability, venue capacity, artist and age restrictions. Festival tickets are not valid for resale. Festival performers are subject to change or cancelation at any time without notice. No refund will be owed if a Festival performer is changed or canceled. Festival Cash has no value if the Festival is canceled or you choose not to attend. This Offer may be cancelled by Festival Producer at any time.
