We know there's a lot of information to take in, so we've gathered together some of our most frequently asked questions for you!

Passes & Wristbands

Thank you for your 2024 VOACMF purchase! In order to process an upgrade, you can purchase your new desired festival pass type, by emailing info@voacountrymusicfest.com to gain access to the upgrade link!

We hate that you can’t join us at VOACMF this August! All passes are non-refundable, but you can sell your pass to a friend! When selling your festival pass, make sure you send us an email letting us know who to transfer the pass over to. We’ll need the new pass holders first and last name and a valid email address and new shipping address. We hope to see you next year!

Wristbands will begin shipping early July. Please see your confirmation email for more information.

The festival site will have accessibility for ADA. Please email info@voacountrymusicfest.com for more information

Wristbands are not transferable. Once a wristband is on, it will need to stay on until the festival is over.

Early Pick Up Hours: Pick up wristbands and parking passes before the festival at the UC Field House located at Voice of America MetroPark. Early pick up runs August 5th & August 6th 10 AM-7 PM. Starting August 8th, foot traffic should proceed to the pedestrian will call, located between the festival site & shopping center off of Tylersville Road. Ride share and parking pass holders should proceed to the UC Field House entrance off of Butler Warren Road

Parking & Transportation

Tailgating or consumption of alcohol of any kind in the festival parking lot is prohibited and will be strictly enforced. For the safety of festival attendees and their vehicles, the festival parking lot will be monitored throughout the event. With a full day of fun at the festival, we encourage everyone to make their way in and get the party started!

Yes, we recommend that you pre-purchase your parking passes here. Only one vehicle, including motorcycles per parking spot.

No. Camping or sleeping on festival grounds including parking lots is strictly prohibited. We have partnered with Camp Cedar that offers shuttle rides to the site, RV parking, RV rentals, cabins, and more. Book your stay here: https://visitcampcedar.com

Yes, VOACMF partners with several surrounding hotels. We have partnered with Crew Fare to give discounted rates to VOACMF fans. Check back for 2025 hotels.

Parking lots open one hour prior to gates each day. On Thursday, parking opens at 4 PM with gates at 5 PM. Friday-Sunday, parking opens at 12 PM with gates at 1 PM

  • Squeezable, soft plastic water bottles that are empty are permitted to be brought in the gates (can be filled at the G&J Pepsi hydration station)

Chair Policy:

Personal, soft folding lawn chairs are permitted to be brought to VOACMF. For 2025, VOACMF has partnered with Conchairto for easy chair rentals if desired. This offer ensures an expedited entry time for all & is hassle free. No need to pack a chair- it will be waiting for you at the fest & will be cleaned up for you after each night. Voices of America Country Music Fest has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.

  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)

  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

VOACMF highly encourages you to take pictures with your friends and family at the event and share the awesome time you’re having! However, due to contracts with the performers, professional recording equipment* (photography, video, and/or sound) will not be allowed on premise without proper media credentials.

  • * Please Note: Classification of “professional recording equipment” is at the sole discretion of VOACMF event staff. VOACMF is not liable for items refused entry and left off site. Individuals with unauthorized equipment may be asked to leave. Repeat offenders may be refused admittance.

VOACMF is open to all ages. Children 16 and under are admitted but must be accompanied by an adult. All ages need a ticket to enter.

Only service animals are permitted on festival grounds. Please leave your pets at home!

On-Site Activities

Gates open at 5:00 PM on Thursday. We’ll be kicking things off Friday- Sunday each day starting at 1:00PM, and enjoying all of the fun VOACMF has to offer until 10:00 PM that night. Don't miss a special late night performance with Diplo Saturday night

Yes! Do not take off your wristband, however re-entry is allowed each day of the festival

Photography & Media/ PR

Photography applications for 2024 are closed

Thank you for your interest in VOA Country Music Fest 2024. Credentials are limited, and final approval is based on review of each application. Credentials will not be issued to non-working media or relatives of working media.
