We hate that you can’t join us at VOACMF this August! All passes are non-refundable, but you can sell your pass to a friend! When selling your festival pass, make sure you send us an email letting us know who to transfer the pass over to. We’ll need the new pass holders first and last name and a valid email address and new shipping address. We hope to see you next year!

Thank you for your 2024 VOACMF purchase! In order to process an upgrade, you can purchase your new desired festival pass type, forward your new confirmation email to info@voacountrymusicfest.com and we will refund your original order!

How much are passes? 

  • 3 Day GA: $209
  • 3 Day VIP: $449
  • 3 Day Super VIP: $1499
  • 3 Day GA Parking: $90
  • 3 Day VIP Parking: $180

Wristbands will begin shipping approximately 3-4 weeks before the festival date. Please note that if you won your festival passes, you will need to pick your wristbands up at Will Call. Please see your Etix confirmation email for more information.

The festival site will have limited accessibility for ADA. Please email info@voacountrymusicfest.com for more information

Thank you for your 2024 VOACMF purchase! To log into your Eitx account and update your shipping address, please follow the instructions below:

  1. Visit Etix linked HERE 
  2. Enter your username and password. Your username is the email address you used to purchase your tickets. (If you have not logged in before, please select “Having Trouble Logging In?” and follow the “First Time Logging In?” prompts)
  3. Once you are logged in, select the “Account” dropdown at the top right of the page.
  4. Select “Mailing Address & Phone Number”
  5. Scroll down and enter your new shipping address under Account Information
  6. Select the “Save” button

Yes! How Payments Work:

Choose what festival pass you’re going to purchase at VOA Country Music Fest! Click here for passes.

  1. Make your deposit payment at checkout to lock-in your pass and You will be charged 20% of the full festival pass price as the down payment of your pass.
  2. You’ll be sent an email reminder each time your next installments are due and when your card will be Your remaining 4 payments will each be 20% of the full festival pass price. Your subsequent payments will be charged automatically to the card you provided on your corresponding due dates outlined in your confirmation email.
  3. After all payments have been made, you will receive your wristband in the Wristbands will begin shipping in July of 2024.

Please Note: You are responsible for making all installment payments on the dates defined at the time you make your initial payment.

Wristbands are not transferable. Once a wristband is on, it will need to stay on until the festival is over.

Tailgating or consumption of alcohol of any kind in the festival parking lot is prohibited and will be strictly enforced. For the safety of festival attendees and their vehicles, the festival parking lot will be monitored throughout the event.

With a full day of fun at the festival, we encourage everyone to make their way in and get the party started!

No. Camping or sleeping on festival grounds including parking lots is strictly prohibited. We have partnered with hotels near the festival site to offer safe sleeping accommodations for our festival goers. View our hotel partners here

Voices of America Country Music Fest™ has a clear bag policy to provide everyone with a safer festival experience, as well as to decrease the time it takes to get into the show. Please take note of the following, prior to making your way to the festival.

  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or smaller)
  • An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection at a gate designated for this purpose.

VOACMF highly encourages you to take pictures with your friends and family at the event and share the awesome time you’re having! However, due to contracts with the performers, professional recording equipment* (photography, video, and/or sound) will not be allowed on premise without proper media credentials.

* Please Note: Classification of “professional recording equipment” is at the sole discretion of VOACMF event staff. VOACMF is not liable for items refused entry and left off site. Individuals with unauthorized equipment may be asked to leave. Repeat offenders may be refused admittance.

VOACMF is open to all ages. Children 16 and under are admitted but must be accompanied by an adult. All ages need a ticket to enter.

Only service animals are permitted on festival grounds. Please leave your pets at home!

Gates open at 5:00 PM on Thursday. We’ll be kicking things off Friday- Sunday each day starting at 1:00PM, and enjoying all of the fun VOACMF has to offer until 10:00 PM that night.

Voices of America Country Music Festival offers festival goers a variety of options for how they pay for things while they’re at the fest, including your wristbands! Don’t worry about bringing your cash or wallet with you to the festival site, your VOACMF wristband can act as your credit card for all 3 days of the festival and every purchase will be an easy scan of the wrist. 

To use your VOACMF wristband for on-site purchases, you simply need to register online or via the VOACMF mobile app (coming soon) and connect it to your credit card before you arrive to the festival grounds. Look for more details for registering your wristband 3-4 weeks before the festival. 

Once your credit card is connected to your VOACMF wristband, you can simply scan in with any vendors located throughout the festival site and your purchase will automatically be charged to your credit card. You can use your wristband to purchase food, drinks and VOACMF merchandise.

You can use your wristband to pay for all your onsite festival expenses. Once your wristband is registered, you simply scan your wristband at the time of purchase and your linked credit card will be run for the transaction.

Our cashless payment technology offers many benefits including:

  • Faster transaction times
  • Reduced wait time
  • Convenient: no need to carry wallets!
  • Overall, an enhanced guest experience!

All food, beer, and merchandise vendors on festival grounds will accept purchases through your VOACMF wristband. You can also pay by credit card or cash.

Do you take awesome photos?

Here at VOACMF we are looking for experienced photographers to help capture the VOA Country Music Fest experience. We’re looking to bring on talented professionals, or serious amateurs, to join our team in capturing the fan experience, and artist performances.

In exchange, VOACMF will provide you with a press pass, for all 3 days of the festival. Selected photographers will be given access throughout the main festival grounds. 

Those interested must fill out the following application in full.

Curated Content

While we may review additional work when making our final selections, we’re looking for each photographer to submit a sample gallery of their 10 best photos for us to review. These photos should specifically reflect the level of work you can produce in a festival environment. These galleries can be hosted on a personal site, Flickr, Facebook, Google Photos, or any other photo sharing service.

Please note:

  • Do not send a link to just your photography site, or Facebook page. This link should be to a sample of your 10 best shots that you want us to use for initial review.
  • Photos must be able to be fully reviewed online, without requiring download
  • Flash photography is often not permitted during artist performances, so take this into account while selecting appropriate photos.
  • Submissions of anything other than a curated gallery will be disregarded.
  • Please make sure the provided link is publicly accessible prior to submission.

Please note the following conditions:

  1. Photographers are expected to cover their own travel costs, including lodging.
  2. Press passes can be revoked at any time, and at the full discretion of VOA management.
  3. Photographers are expected to have their own gear, and accept that VOA is not liable for any theft of damage which may occur during the event.
  4. Photographers are not permitted backstage, unless personally escorted by authorized personnel.
  5. Photographers are expected to deliver all RAW files upon request, as well as select edited highlights
  6. All submitted work must be your own. Submission of any other work will be grounds for dismissal.
  7. All photos taken during the festival are immediately provided to VOA with lifetime, unrestricted, use upon capture.
  8. All photos taken, even those not edited, must be submitted to VOA. Unedited copies of your files must be turned in nightly in order to be permitted access to the following day.
  9. Additional restrictions and terms may be subject to acceptance in the future in order for access to the festival to be granted.
  10. If any changes are made to these terms after your application, you may be required to submit written acceptance of those updated terms if selected.

The box office, located at the UC Field House at VOA MetroPark, opens at 10 AM- 7 PM Monday August 7th- Wednesday, August 9th. The UC Field House will be open 10 AM-11 PM on Thursday-Sunday August 10th-August 13th for wristband pick up. Beginning Thursday, August 10th- a second box office located at the VOA shopping center entrance connected to the VOA MetroPark will open.
